Personally for me much more interesting there was beginning of «Guided democracy». It gave nothing for understanding of the phenomena described in him, but did clear the figure of Kagarlitskogo. But it will be necessary to do small retreat.

Kagarlitskogo had the article narrating about his journey to Venezuela about which, justly criticizing not only its political implication but also frankly vulgar and narrow-minded style which it is written in.
