Integrity comes forward one of basic signs of regional determination. It means the fully rational use of natural-resource potential of region, proportional combination of different industries, forming of steady production and technological connections, presence of the special association of people with certain traditions and way of life.

The complexity of economy of region means balanced, proportional concerted development of productive forces of region. It is such intercommunication between the elements of economy, when a basic pertaining to national economy function is effectively executed specialization of region, there are not considerable disproportions and ability of region to carry out in the limits the extended reproduction on the basis of present resources is saved.
